Find me one like itPatek Philippe Nautilus 3800: Blue Dial, Full Set from 1995
The 3800 arrived in 1981 as the smaller sibling of Gérald Genta's original Nautilus. At 37.5mm it kept the razor sharp bezel, the ears and the integrated bracelet that made the 3700 an icon, in a size that suits almost every wrist. It is the connoisseur's Nautilus: less talked about than the Jumbo or the 5711, and loved by those who know.
This example dated from 1995 and carried the classic blue dial with horizontal embossing, the configuration most people picture when they think of a Nautilus. It came as a complete full set and was in excellent condition, with a sharp case and a bracelet that still felt the way a Nautilus should.
Design & Movement
37.5mm stainless steel case, blue dial with horizontal embossed pattern, applied indexes and date at 3 o'clock. Automatic movement with central seconds and date. Fitted to the integrated steel Nautilus bracelet.
Provenance & Condition
Full set from 1995. Excellent condition.
The Nautilus 3800 Blue: proof that you do not need 40mm to make an impression.
