The 69178 is the yellow gold Lady Datejust of the late eighties and nineties, and Rolex offered it with some of the most beautiful dials it has ever made. The rarest of them are the stone dials, cut from natural materials, so no two are identical.
This example has a pink opal dial with factory set square diamonds, a combination you very rarely see. It came as a full set from 1991. One of our Hall of Fame pieces.
