In 2020 Rolex updated the Submariner with a 41mm case, slimmer lugs and the calibre 3235. The green bezel came back with it, but this time on a black dial rather than the green one of the Hulk, a combination collectors quickly nicknamed the Starbucks.
It continues the line of green bezel Submariners that started with the 16610LV Kermit in 2003. This example is from 2023, delivered as a full set and never worn.
Design & Movement
41mm Oystersteel case with unidirectional green Cerachrom bezel, black dial. Automatic calibre 3235 with approximately 70 hours of power reserve. Fitted to the Oyster bracelet with Glidelock clasp.
